where did the last 5 years go?! Five years since I attempted a blog here (not even a proper post in the end).

I’m retired now, since 2018 at the age of 59. I have less time than I did when I worked but that has something to do with not having to get up and out for a 9am start and generally just doing things I like doing.

We moved in February 2020, away from Essex and into West Suffolk. Best thing I ever did. We live in a tiny weeny village with 57 houses and nothing else.

In the 4 and a half years we have been here, we’ve had lockdowns, gained two dogs and made some brilliant friends here.

Almost one year down the line from my second dose of breast cancer – other breast this time – and KD is waiting for a double hip replacement.

So….here we go again!
